No problem! You can easily return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Register your return in 4 simple steps

1. Enter your details
Fill in your name, email address and order number. You can find these details on the delivery note included with your order.

2. Register your return
Click 'Register Return'. You will immediately receive a confirmation by email.

3. Pack your item
Make sure the item is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging, including all labels and accessories.

4. Send or bring your return to EKO Motorwear
Send your parcel to the return address below or return it free of charge at our store.

Return conditions

• Returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged and complete, including the original packaging, labels and all accessories.
• Returns and exchanges are free of charge at our store in Kontich. If you return your parcel by post, the return postage costs are your responsibility.
• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund your purchase within 14 days using the same payment method you used to place your order.
