An electrically heated and insulated jacket that fits under motorcycle jackets but can also be worn separately, designed for commuting and riders in cold to mild conditions.
The Nuclea features two pockets and can be worn as a standalone heated jacket. It can also be integrated into a motorcycle jacket using loops and snap buttons that connect the inner layers.
Inner layers are typically connected using our proprietary Easy CuffTM system, but some jackets are now (also) equipped with loops and snap buttons to accommodate heated clothing like the Nuclea. Look for the term ''ThermaxTM compatible.''
To ensure the body is adequately and evenly warmed, our PowerveinTM wiring is present on the front, back, arms, and collar. PowerveinTM wiring was developed 20 years ago and has been further refined over the last two decades. The most notable improvement is the enhanced wiring quality, significantly increasing overall durability and effective heat output.
Dual Power TechnologyTM lets you choose between a 7.4 or 12 Volt power source. Power can be supplied via an integrated battery or a direct connection to your motorcycle's battery.
There are four heat levels, each indicated by a unique color on the Power Controller. The chest controller also displays the remaining power, and you can adjust the level by pressing it.
You can also control this jacket – and other garments – with the MACNA® Heated App. The app allows you to manage all your heated gear with one hand instead of unzipping and reaching for hidden buttons.
Download it for free, connect your jacket via Bluetooth® connectivity, and fully control your heated ecosystem through your phone.
The Nuclea is what we call heated riding gear!
