The SCHUBERTH C5 Carbon is the very first SCHUBERTH PERFORMANCE motorcycle helmet.

The entire Carbon shell is handmade at SCHUBERTH PERFORMANCE by the same hands that manufacture Formula 1 helmets. Thanks to manual lamination and autoclave curing, the C5 Carbon's shell combines extreme light weight with unmatched performance.

The new SCHUBERTH C5 Carbon has the double P/J homologation and meets the strict ECE 22.06 standards.

FORMULA 1 ENGINEERS

The C5 Carbon's full carbon helmet shell is produced using the same lamination and autoclave curing processes of SCHUBERTH's Car Racing helmets. But more importantly, the shell is handcrafted by the same highly specialized technicians who produce Max Verstappen's helmets.

1 MAN, 1 SHELL

The manufacturing process of the C5 Carbon is based on the ''one man, one shell'' principle, which means that the technician who begins the lamination process must be responsible for the entire shell production process.

UNDER HIGH PRESSURE

At the end of the laminating process, the Carbon mold is closed and goes to the vacuum station, where dedicated operators carefully wrap and vacuum suck each mold to prepare it for the curing cycle in the autoclave.

SCHUBERTH PERFORMANCE autoclaves generate a combination of pressure and temperature within a precise schedule. A cycle lasting up to four hours transforms the carbon fiber layers and their resin into a monolithic piece that can provide excellent mechanical strength and lightweight performance.

HIGH QUALITY SPRAYED

All SCHUBERTH PERFORMANCE helmets are painted by a highly specialized and reputable company with many years of experience as a certified supplier to the most iconic supercar brands.
